Create a New Estimate:

• Fill out Primary Fields:

  • ​Start a new project by navigating to the Renovation Generator" Page and enter key details like project name, room type, square footage, and Style preferences.

• Calculate and Adjust:

  • ​Click "Calculate" to see your estimated total, and adjust fields as needed to match your project's requirements.

• Adjust Key Fields to Tighten your Estimate:

  • ​The generator will use smart tech to give ​you a detailed breakdown of your estimate, including itemized costs for each category, making it easier to understand the pricing structure.. Adjust costs for specific project components, including demo, plumbing, fixtures, materials, and labor. This gives you the flexibility to tighten up your estimate to fit the Job. 

    • The estimate will update in real time as you adjust your project components. No need to click calculate again. ​

• Add Custom Items:

  • Easily include your own custom items and set their costs to tailor the estimate to your exact needs.

  • We know every job will have custom elements we can't predict. Add them them in the custom fields and your estimate will adjust in real time.​​

• Save Your Estimates:

  • ​Save your completed estimates to your account for easy access and reference anytime. You can reference you estimates on the "My Estimates" Page 

Download or Share:

• ​Download your estimates as PDF documents or share them directly with clients or contractors.
